Despite careful checking, it is rare that a faulty service is delivered or handed over. In such cases, if Copystore is responsible for the quality defect, the service will be re-delivered without further action or a refund will be given.

We ask you not to return anything without prior notice, but to first notify us of the nature of the defect and the transaction number of the order by e-mail to the address shown here: info@copy-store.hu You will then be contacted immediately by our staff.

We will then be able to take your complaint by email and will need the following details:

Name
Order ID or account number
Your order number or number of the order number
Enclosed photo of the finished product

Right of withdrawal

The service is made to order according to your individual requirements, so the right of withdrawal, which is usually the case for online orders, does not apply. This is also provided for in the Consumer Protection Act:

The Government, under Act CLV of 1997 on Consumer Protection (hereinafter referred to as the Consumer Protection Act), gives every consumer the right to withdraw from an order within 8 days without giving any reason. The consumer may exercise this right of withdrawal from the day on which he takes delivery of the goods. This applies to all cases where the product is not made to their specifications. However, in the case of personalised services, the purchaser cannot exercise his right of withdrawal under Article 5(c) of the VAT Code. The reason for this is quite simple: services which have been customised can no longer be resold.
