Today I came to make scans on a flash drive, but the employee refused because it would take a lot of time (there were 4 passports). I don't understand what the point is in this. There was no one in the store except me and this is a copy center, this is his job, for which I will of course pay. I don't know why he didn't like me, but it was really rude. This is the first Hungarian who has been rude to me in 2 years of living here.

I like it very much, there are several paper sizes available for papercraft, but in the case of larger, better equipped stores. The only small thing is that the non-general closure due to holidays and other reasons could be updated here, I would save the horse race.

Which payment methods can I choose?

In addition to cash payment, you can also pay by credit card or, in some cases, by bank transfer.

Which credit cards can be used?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro cards. Chip, magnetic stripe, paypass cards. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept American Express cards.

How can I pay by bank transfer?

For our occasional customers, payment by bank transfer is only possible in the form of a prepayment. If you wish to pay this way, please send us your billing details when placing your order. We will then send you an invoice by e-mail requesting a deposit, which will be paid and the final invoice issued. We will only be able to deliver the ordered product once we have received the payment. The final invoice issued will be delivered by post or in person, as agreed.

For our contracted customers we offer the possibility of deferred payment by bank transfer, more information about this will be available in our soon to be launched “corporate customers” section.

I would like to request an invoice, is that possible?

Of course! Please indicate your VAT invoice request at the cash desk before payment, or by e-mail in case of on-line orders. It is not possible to issue an invoice afterwards.

Can I pay in euros or other currencies?

Unfortunately, we only accept HUF in our shops, but it is possible to pay in EUR if you pay by bank transfer. In such cases, we will calculate the exchange rate based on the MNB’s central rate.

When using a bank card, no matter what currency the account is in, the card companies will credit such transactions as HUF payments with conversion. It is important to note that using a card in a different currency may incur currency conversion costs, so it is preferable to settle the account in cash if possible.
