If a form is not in stock and you need it, we will try to order it on short notice.

Documents required for the purchase of a Strict Accounts form:

  • A document proving the name, address and tax number of the buyer (entrepreneur’s identity card or registration card or company certificate).
  • A tax certificate confirming the name and tax identification number of the individual representing the buyer in the purchase.
  • If the person buying is not a member, owner or manager of the company, a power of attorney and a copy of the signature of the person signing the power of attorney.
